The combination of this Tautliner Superlink consists of a 6m front link which carries 12 pallets combined with the back 12m link which carries 24 pallets.  Total tonnage on combination 35 tons.

CHASSIS FABRICATED I-BEAM CONSTRUCTION

· Main beams top and bottom flange 130x12 “30 OAK” B.S4360 grade 55c. Web in 4 and 5mm Domex steel.

· Rubbing plate – 6mm Supraform steel. Top removable 50mm kingpin, suitably re-enforced with boxed channel members.

· 40mmx12mm grade WA, fully weld web stiffeners where required.

· Cross members are Mild steel sections push through main chassis beams and space welded.

· A standard size 950x450x400mm toolbox is fitted.

· Deck is 3mm Corten steel plate as standard with 178x50mm hot rolled channel side rails.

· Side rails are 4mm Domex steel, cold rolled pressings.
